300 Challenge
   
 

Basic Rules

  1. You must do your top three kicks 300 times each for a total of 900 kicks, and you must do your top three forms 300 times each for a total of 900 forms.

  2. Only the kicks and forms you do outside of class (regular or trainer) will count.

  3. You must do your kicks and forms to the best of your ability.

  4. You must track your kicks and forms on the official 300 Challenge Form (link).

  5. If you complete the 300 Challenge within the specified time (announced in class), sign and turn in the official 300 Challenge Form in order to qualify to receive the designated reward.
