Basic
Rules
- You must do your top three
kicks 300 times each for a total of 900 kicks, and you must do your
top three forms 300 times each for a total of 900 forms.
- Only the kicks and forms
you do outside of class (regular or trainer) will
count.
- You must do your kicks
and forms to the best of your ability.
- You must track your kicks
and forms on the official 300 Challenge Form.
- If you complete the 300
Challenge within the specified time (announced in class), sign and
turn in the official 300 Challenge Form in order to qualify to receive
the designated reward.
